This cup is nutty, low acid, like a good natural Brazil, but this cup has more fruit and a dry spice flavor in it. This coffee is grown at 1250 meters, which while maybe not stellar altitude for Central Americans it is high for Brazil, where many come from 800 meters. African bed Sun dried too, adds to the sweet fruit.
