  2. If your order has been delivered you should have received an e-mail with an DHL tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your package through our tracking page. If you haven't received an e-mail confirming your order and its delivery within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us through e-mail at or call us at 404.588.9171 and we'll trace the status of your order.

  3. How are items sent to me?

  4. We ship our orders through DHL via ground delivery. Ground delivery is the most cost-effective option, and provides guaranteed door-to-door delivery of our routine shipments in 1 to 7 business days, depending on distance traveled. With DHL, their GDS shipment is picked up and delivered by the same drivers, and tracked by the same state-of-the-art system, as your air express shipments. We feel this is the best option to help save you, our customer, in shipping costs and still receive your product in a timely matter.

  5. I am interested in an item that is sold out, do you have similar pieces?

  6. Yes, we shop in Latin American markets throughout the year and offer most of these items online to offer to our customers. As all the retail items we feature are hand made, they are unique and we can't offer you the same exact piece as a piece that we have already sold. However, we can seek similar items and designs from the artists. Tell us which piece you are interested in and we will work to find you a similar piece.

  7. How can I be assured that the piece I purchase from JavaVino is unique?

  8. With every piece that we sell we provide you with a certificate of authenticity from JavaVino. We will tell you where and when the piece was purchased, along with information about the artist (if artist is known to us).

  9. The piece I want to purchase is a gift, can I include a gift card?

  10. Yes, once purchasing any item, you will have the opportunity to include a small note with your gift. The piece you purchase as a gift will be mailed to the shipping address along with your gift card.

  11. The piece I want to purchase is a gift, can I have it mailed to a different address as my billing address?

  12. Yes, once purchasing any item, you will have the opportunity to enter in a different shipping address from you billing address. It's very simple, you can also include a gift card as well that we will be submitted with the purchased piece. On specifying that this is a gift, the invoice will not be sent to the mailing address.

  13. What's the shipping length on an order?

  14. The shipping length varies on each piece, but we normally estimate about 1 to 14 days shipping time on each piece. You can see the shipping length on each piece listed on each item detail page.
