INCORRECT INFORMATION
Please check all delivery addresses carefully as we guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are provided. Address corrections on returned items are subject to a $5.00 fee in addition to the added shipping costs for reshipment.

Standard delivery is by DHL Ground Delivery Service. We make every effort to dispatch orders on time and you should receive an e-mail confirmation with the tracking information of your order. Your most cost-effective option, Ground Delivery Service by DHL (GDS), provides guaranteed door-to-door delivery of your routine shipments in 1 to 7 business days, depending on distance traveled. With DHL, your GDS shipment is picked up and delivered by the same drivers, and tracked by the same state-of-the-art system, as your air express shipments. If you are not happy entrusting GDS to meet your time constraints, we can offer a guaranteed next day delivery service at extra cost. Unless a specific delivery date is requested, your order will ship within 1 to 5 business days.
