TESTIMONIALS

We get very excited when we receive complimentary e-mails about JavaVino and Selva Negra. We want to share with you what some of our customers have to say.

"We love you guys. You'll be getting more orders! :)"    Survey Results, June 3, 2003

"I thought the coffee was great!!! We are going to try to make it the official coffee of the Blue Horseshoe office :)"    Brian Cason, June 3, 2003

"We purchased some Selva Negra coffee through you about 1 month ago and it was terrific, and our next shipment is due to arrive tomorrow. Keep up the good work."    Tony Pavick, June 7, 2003

I took a look at your website, and I was really excited about your javavino concept. As a coffee and wine lover, and a resident of the Highlands, it makes me really excited to see that you'll be opening a location there soon. I'll really look forward to seeing the location in the Highlands soon, and if you have a mailing list about events, I'd love to be added to it. I share your vision of a place where one can unwind and relax outside of the atmosphere of a smoky bar. Atlanta, and especially the Highlands, lacks the wine culture that I grew to love when I lived in Europe.    Best Regards, Sarah Pearse, June 18, 2003

I brewed a cup of the coffee you gave me this morning and it was great! Lots of flavor, but so much smoother than others! I know, you told me so! Thank you so much!    Joan, July 10, 2003

Thanks for the coffee! Glad I'm ordering it through you and your family. It's cool you and Steve did that. It's hard to find good coffee. Well we'll be enjoying the coffee..and you will hear from us again.    Suet Chan, Oct 14, 2003

I look forward to your new location on North Highland Avenue. This establishment is very much needed in this particular area.    Kathryn Morris, Feb, 24, 2004

My wife and I were there for the coffee cupping. We enjoyed it very much and we are definitely coming back.   Guillermo Kuhl, Sep 26, 2004

Super fabulous! The staff could not have been more helpful! nbsp;   Sandy Ross, Jan 25, 2005

The straight espresso shots Steve pulls from the beans Steve and Heather roast are incredible. Very smooth, but with plenty of body and depth. I think those long roasts with plent of time between 1st and 2nd crack are paying off. I'll have to lower the temp on my HotTop and shoot for 24 minutes. I'm only at 18 right now. As for the decaf espresso, it's roasted just right and again, the extraction leaves little to be desired. Though I have little experience with wine, I can say the coffee and espresso are top-notch.    David White, July 24, 2005

Everything about the experience was very pleasant, however the customer service was outstanding!    David Reed, Oct 5, 2005

I recently placed an order, I just want say what a nice surprise I had...when I received my order, there was an extra pound of coffee and a note that said sorry for the delay....what a nice touch! My daughter and I spent some time at Selva Negra and met Eddie last Dec, great place, great coffee!    Mary Sorensen, Oct 24, 2005

My sister is adicted to your coffee :-) It's very funny, she gets all gittery when she's in town if it looks like we might not make it over there. When she was here a few weeks ago, at 9pm on Saturday night she asked me where the phone book was so she could call to see if you were still open. And off we treked.    Vickie Bodman, Nov 11, 2005

About Saturday Night...it was FABULOUS...Richard was truly surprised and the food was DELICIOUS.. Katie was terrific, and the upstairs was a perfect place for my event.. Everyone commented on how nice it was, so I wouldn't be surprised if you got future bookings from the people I invited... I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed everything, in fact are STILL enjoying everything...the leftovers are keeping me out of the grocery store this wee.. Thanks again.. Take care..     May 23, 2006
